About
I’m Kim Kao — a Solutions Architecture manager at AWS and a co-founder of the DDD Taiwan community. My work is helping teams evolve their architecture as their business actually changes.
What I believe
Architecture is not a one-off technical decision — it’s a continuous, socio-technical activity. The hard part is rarely which technology to pick; it’s making and governing architectural decisions over time, across incomplete information and competing stakeholder viewpoints. Understanding the problem first is usually the faster route to solving it.
